He is a Commissioner of the California Mental Health Commission. His current focus on Brain Capital explores how biological neuroscience can unlock the potential of companies and countries.

Eric is a serial entrepreneur and proven business builder whose last endeavor, ENVISION, focused on using customer data analytics and a unique Accelerated Growth System to help companies develop sustainable and targeted brand strategies. After ENVISION was acquired, he served as a senior partner of Brand Practice at McKinsey & Company.

Ajay Manissery Konchery (Ajay M K) is a global executive, advisor, and transformation leader at the intersection of people, neuroscience, and strategy. He is CEO of Wisdom Tomorrow and advises leading initiatives at Harvard focused on thriving workers, AI for human flourishing, and people data intelligence. Formerly CHRO and Board member at Colgate-Palmolive Asia Pacific and a senior leader at the Swire Group, Ajay has led large-scale transformations across four continents and brings a unique blend of applied neuroscience, organizational leadership, and creative insight.

Toby Ewing, PhD is a behavioral health policy strategist and executive advisor with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale systems transformation across California state government and behavioral health systems. Former Executive Director of California’s Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission, Toby is recognized for advancing evidence-informed policy, incentive-based financing, and cross-sector partnerships that improve outcomes at scale. A Fulbright Scholar and frequent speaker, he is deeply committed to advancing youth mental health and prevention initiatives.

Bethany Jana-Vratil, MPH is a public health strategist, operator, and investor focused on advancing brain health, human development, and high-impact systems change. She brings experience spanning early childhood education, workforce development, applied research, and venture strategy, with a career rooted in translating evidence into scalable, people-centered solutions. Bethany holds a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior and is actively involved in building and advising organizations at the intersection of education, wellbeing, and performance.
